attentive staff handled request stylish refurbishment short walk
The staff were so attentive. They ensured every request was handled with a smile and speed. The refurbishment is so beautiful and stylish. It give a very modern vibe. The location is ideal for restaurants and shopping. Everything is just a short walk away from the hotel.
The room decor was a little too minimalist. I would of like a little more color.

the room had heated mirrors in the bathroom so fogging up was not a problem. there was also a full-length mirror in the room (very practical!).
i noticed a very slight delay in the room service response time.

the room included complementary water and soft drinks in the refrigerator. the bathroom had underfloor heating and a light that activated automatically.. it was a premium queen room. the full-length mirror had a socket nearby, quite convenient.

Staff was helpful. I got a Standard Room. The room had modern amenities. Breakfast had a good choice of items and was tasty. The location helped since it's near main attractions.
The bathroom design almost flooded the room during showers.
